Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and VIP guest services to ensure a welcoming and seamless dining experience.


• Supervise, train, and lead the host/hostess team, maintaining high service standards and team coordination.


• Coordinate with waitstaff and management for smooth front-of-house operations, especially during peak periods.


• Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally, ensuring satisfaction.


• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the front-of-house area.
