Role Summary




  • The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SandBP’s digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  • The role involves managing digital platforms, creating compelling content, and supporting the promotion of the organization’s training, certification, and consulting services.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth and lead generation targets.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) and email platforms.

  • Drive lead generation and conversion through organic and paid campaigns, including lead nurturing workflows and collaboration with the sales team.

  • Create and manage high-quality content (social media, newsletters, landing pages) to strengthen brand positioning and thought leadership in international standards and compliance.

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to improve performance and return on investment.

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using data-driven insights, continuously improving key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.

  • Implement SEO strategies and optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience to enhance visibility and drive conversions.

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role

  • Experience with social media management, paid ads, and email marketing tools

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
