Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-friendly Sales Representative to join our shop located along Old Aba road, Rumuomasi.


• The ideal candidate should be able to attend to customers politely, promote products, and ensure smooth daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional manner


• Assist customers in selecting products and provide accurate information


• Process sales and handle payments


• Arrange and restock items on shelves


• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of goods in the shop


• Keep simple records of daily sales and stock


• Support other shop operations when required

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification


• Previous sales or retail experience is an added advantage


• Must be a computer literate


• Knowledge of any sales software ( Zoho, HubSpot, Excel, etc) will be an added advantage


• Must have good knowledge of social media (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, X, etc)


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Honest, responsible, and hardworking


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Must reside around Rumumasi or nearby areas.
