Job Summary




  • OPPO Nigeria is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and on-boarding top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to on-boarding 

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals 

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews 

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers 

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases 

  • Partner with departments to understand hiring needs 

  • Support offer processes and on-boarding 



Requirements




  • Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or HR tools 

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail 



Preferred




  • Experience in high-volume recruitment 

  • Familiarity with ATS 

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
