Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to lead our franchise expansion efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying franchise opportunities, attracting potential franchise partners, and supporting the overall growth of the company through strategic franchise development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities to expand the company’s footprint
- Research and evaluate potential markets for franchise growth
- Source, engage, and manage relationships with prospective franchisees
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise setup and operations
- Monitor franchise performance and provide support to ensure business success
- Develop and implement strategies to meet franchise sales and expansion targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and signed agreements
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new franchisees onboarded
- Revenue generated from franchise sales
- Market expansion growth rate
- Franchisee satisfaction and retention rate.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-3 years experience in business development of franchise management
- Strong understanding of franchise business models and operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
