Job Summary

• As the Centre Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring efficient service delivery, profitability, and high standards of patient care while driving operational excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations, staff performance, and ensure high-quality patient-centered service delivery


• Develop and implement operational policies, budgets, and cost-control strategies


• Drive business growth through marketing initiatives, client engagement, and revenue-generating strategies


• Manage scheduling of healthcare professionals and ensure smooth service flow across departments


• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Public Health, Business Administration, or related field


• Minimum of 6 years experience with at least 4 years in hospital or healthcare operations


• Professional certification in Healthcare Management or related field is an advantage


• Strong knowledge of operations management, budgeting, and healthcare service delivery.
