Responsibilties

• Identify and onboard new customers within target markets.


• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.


• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and business evaluations.


• Monitor loan portfolios to ensure quality and performance.


• Ensure all customers on boarding processes comply with CDD and AML requirements.

Requirements

• Have worked with a licenced MFB between 3 - 5 years in SME Credit Sales and Asset Finance role.


• Have strong convertible pipeline of SME/Asset Finance network.


• Able to identify, acquire, and manage clients to grow the bank’s loan portfolio and deposit base.


• Able to build strong customer relationships, conduct credit assessments, and ensure timely loan repayment.
