Job Summary

• As the Accountant, you will manage financial records, reporting processes, and budget monitoring while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and account reconciliations


• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow activities


• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes


• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in Real Estate or Construction


• Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage


• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and reconciliation processes.
