Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead after-sales service operations, workshop performance, and customer satisfaction.
- The role focuses on ensuring high service quality, strong technical capability, and sustainable profitability of the service function.
- Experience with the Automobile industry in Nigeria will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end workshop and service center operations.
- Ensure service revenue, labor efficiency, and parts sales targets are met.
- Implement service processes aligned with brand and OEM standards.
- Lead technical teams, advisors, and support staff.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Monitor warranty claims, turnaround time, and service quality.
- Plan technician training and skill upgrades.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and safety standards.
- Provide MIS and operational reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- 6+ years in automotive after-sales/service management.
- Strong workshop operations and team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of warranty systems and technical diagnostics.
- Customer-focused mindset with commercial understanding.
- Exposure to AI-based diagnostics, predictive maintenance tools, or digital service platforms
