Job Summary

• As the Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all customer transactions accurately, processing payments, and ensuring excellent customer service in line with hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process payments via cash, POS, and other approved payment channels


• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records


• Reconcile daily sales and submit reports at the end of shifts


• Attend to customer inquiries and ensure a smooth payment experience

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in any related field


• 1 - 3 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or F&B


• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
