Role Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator / Operations Assistant to support daily business operations and customer engagement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Assist clients with basic support requests and issue escalation
- Track invoices and follow up on customer payments
- Maintain organized customer and office records
- Prepare daily activity reports and operational updates
- Coordinate office schedules and administrative activities
- Support social media and online business activities
- Assist with general administrative and operational duties
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc qualification
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and a willingness to learn
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Candidates with knowledge of any of the following will have an advantage: web hosting, domain management, customer support tools, social media management, Canva, basic website management, or Excel/Google Sheets.
