Role Overview



We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator / Operations Assistant to support daily business operations and customer engagement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.



Key Responsibilities




  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Assist clients with basic support requests and issue escalation

  • Track invoices and follow up on customer payments

  • Maintain organized customer and office records

  • Prepare daily activity reports and operational updates

  • Coordinate office schedules and administrative activities

  • Support social media and online business activities

  • Assist with general administrative and operational duties



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc qualification

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, internet)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Professional attitude and a willingness to learn



Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)




  • Candidates with knowledge of any of the following will have an advantage: web hosting, domain management, customer support tools, social media management, Canva, basic website management, or Excel/Google Sheets.
