Key Responsibilities



Client Outreach & Prospecting




  • Identify, research, and develop a pipeline of target clients within assigned territories.

  • Conduct cold visits and scheduled meetings with decision-makers.

  • Execute weekly visit plans to maximize coverage and conversions.



Product Demonstration & Sales




  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on client needs.

  • Clearly communicate the product’s value proposition and benefits.

  • Handle objections and close subscription deals effectively.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Relationship Management & Retention




  • Serve as the primary contact for onboarded clients.

  • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction.

  • Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Address client concerns proactively to maintain long-term relationships.



Reporting & Market Intelligence




  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.

  • Provide weekly reports and sales forecasts.

  • Share market insights, competitor activity, and client feedback.



Requirements



Must-Have:




  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use smartphones and productivity tools.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.



Nice-to-Have:




  • Experience in SaaS or tech product sales.

  • Existing network within relevant industries.

  • Background in customer success or account management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
