Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Prospecting
- Identify, research, and develop a pipeline of target clients within assigned territories.
- Conduct cold visits and scheduled meetings with decision-makers.
- Execute weekly visit plans to maximize coverage and conversions.
Product Demonstration & Sales
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on client needs.
- Clearly communicate the product’s value proposition and benefits.
- Handle objections and close subscription deals effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management & Retention
- Serve as the primary contact for onboarded clients.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
- Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Address client concerns proactively to maintain long-term relationships.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
- Provide weekly reports and sales forecasts.
- Share market insights, competitor activity, and client feedback.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use smartphones and productivity tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in SaaS or tech product sales.
- Existing network within relevant industries.
- Background in customer success or account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
