  • We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments while maintaining excellent guest service standards.



Responsibilities




  • Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments

  • Ensure coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Maintenance

  • Monitor service delivery and guest satisfaction

  • Handle operational issues and guest complaints

  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations

  • Monitor staff performance, productivity, and manpower requirements

  • Prepare operational reports and management updates

  • Support revenue growth and efficient resource utilization

  • Lead operational meetings and staff briefings



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel operations management

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
