Job Description
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and office records.
- Handle office supplies and inventory management.
- Assist with customer inquiries and general administrative tasks.
- Support management and team members as needed.
- Receive and direct visitors or external inquiries professionally.
- Support logistics and other administrative assignments as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace and other technological tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
