Job Summary




  • The HR Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

  • The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of HR compliance frameworks within the Manufacturing or FMCG sector.



Key Responsibilities




  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in collaboration with relevant departments.

  • Conduct internal audits and compliance checks on HR processes and documentation.

  • Manage employee disciplinary processes in line with legal and company standards.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.

  • Provide guidance to management on HR compliance issues and risk mitigation.

  • Oversee proper documentation of employee records, contracts, and HR data

  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and compliance-related issues.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
