Job Description

• We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Import/Shipping Executive for immediate employment.


• The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of importation processes, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance within Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and process Form M and Letters of Credit (LC) with banks and suppliers


• Liaise with shipping companies, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies


• Follow up with banks to ensure timely issuance of LC documents


• Process SONCAP Certificates, PAAR, permits, and Form M via the National Single Window Portal


• Manage shipping documentation and import clearing processes


• Drive reduction and elimination of import-related costs such as shipment losses, damages, and port detention charges

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degree in a relevant discipline


• Minimum of 3 years’ cognate experience in import / shipping operations


• Strong understanding of Nigerian import regulations and shipping procedures


• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
