Summary




  • ‎Are you experienced in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships? We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our team.



‎‎Job Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement business growth strategies

  • ‎Identify and secure new business opportunities

  • ‎Build, manage, and maintain strategic partnerships

  • ‎Manage and grow existing client relationships and accounts

  • ‎Drive revenue growth and meet business targets

  • ‎Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership plans

  • ‎Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Source and secure sponsorships for our yearly GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) events, including identifying potential sponsors, developing tailored sponsorship packages, and managing sponsor relationships from outreach to close.



‎Requirements‎




  • Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or related roles is highly important

  • ‎Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • ‎Ability to source and close business opportunities independently

  • ‎Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • ‎Professional and result-oriented mindset

  • ‎Experience in recruitment, consulting, or service-based industries is an added advantage

  • Experience sourcing sponsorships for corporate events, conferences, or industry summits is an added advantage



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles is highly important

  • Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, CIPM, or GRC-related qualifications) are an added advantage.



Skills:




  • CRM & sales tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools.

  • Microsoft Office/Google Workspace: Strong command of productivity and reporting tools.

  • Financial & budget management: Ability to manage sponsorships budgets and track ROI.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to source and close business opportunities independently

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Professional and result-oriented mindset.
