- Support the Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within oil and gas servicing and related sectors through research and outreach.
- Assist in preparing tenders, bids, technical-commercial proposals, reports, contract reviews and prequalification documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management “CRM” system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions.
- Coordinate meetings, technical presentations and follow up on action items, ensuring timely communication between team members and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain client databases, service pipelines, and follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards (API, ASME, ISO), and HSE policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a business development role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Understanding of business development processes and strategies.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
