Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor to oversee daily procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing and supply of goods within a retail/supermarket environment.

  • The ideal candidate must have strong vendor management, negotiation, and inventory coordination skills.



Key Responsibilities




  • Supervise daily procurement and purchasing operations

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and quality

  • Ensure timely purchase and delivery of goods to prevent stock-outs

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance

  • Maintain proper procurement records and documentation

  • Work closely with inventory and store teams for stock planning

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

  • Prepare procurement reports and updates for management

Requirements




  • B.Sc / HND in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3–5 years procurement experience, preferably in retail/supermarket

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

  • Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems

  • Must reside within Lekki, VI, or nearby areas.
