Job Summary

Alphabait Realty is seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate real estate development and construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and real estate development projects.


• Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.


• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.


• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and site personnel.


• Ensure compliance with building regulations, company policies, and safety standards.


• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare project progress reports.


• Manage project risks and resolve operational or technical issues promptly.


• Oversee procurement processes and ensure cost control measures are maintained.


• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders when required.


• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project specifications.


• Lead project meetings and provide strategic updates to management.


• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.


• Master’s Degree is an added advantage.


• Minimum of 5–8 years proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.


• Professional certifications such as PMP, COREN, NSE, NIOB, PMP, PRINCE2, or related certifications are an added advantage.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and contract administration.
