Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and market penetration for Hair Extension (Dry Goods) products in Onitsha and surrounding areas. The role involves managing distributors, expanding market coverage, and ensuring strong execution of sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the territory.


• Manage and grow relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.


• Drive product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in outlets.


• Identify and develop new business opportunities.


• Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence reports.


• Supervise and support field sales representatives.


• Conduct regular market visits and ensure brand compliance.


• Prepare and submit sales performance reports.


• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• 4–6 years’ experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or hair extension sales.


• Strong knowledge of the Onitsha market.


• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
