Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily business operations across e-commerce and logistics activities.
Oversee order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, delivery coordination, and customer service operations.
Coordinate internal teams and support operational accountability.
Support operational strategy execution and process improvements.
Track operational performance metrics and prepare reports.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
Liaise with logistics partners, vendors, dispatch riders, and third-party service providers.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce operations, or business coordination.
Previous experience within the e-commerce or logistics industry is mandatory.
Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and logistics operations.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
