Responsibilities
- Responsibilities of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager shall include, but not be limited to, the items outlined below: The candidate is expected to have a deep knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration tools such as BIM 360.
- The candidate must also be able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.

Training:
- BIM TRAINING (Revit)
- Computational Design Training (e.g., Rhino/Grasshopper )
- Computational Design Plugins (eg Rhino Inside REVIT)
- Visualization (eg. Enscape D5)
- VR / AR / AI
Research:
- BIM to visualization
- VR / AR (concept + real)
- 3D printing research
- AI research (eg, Midjourney, etc.)
Documentation:
- Keep abreast of Industry Advancements and advise
- Familiarity with BIM LODs
- Familiarity with BIM Dimensions (including 4D to 8D)
- Manage Training Schedules and Documentation
- Manage file and information storage, retrieval, and sharing
- Work with Management to Develop & Manage budget for Training, Research, development, and Publication.
- Work with management to implement Quality Policies and Standard Operating Procedures in line with the Company's Quality Management System.
- Advise Management on necessary reviews, upgrades, training, etc., required to improve the organization's Building Information Modelling systems, deployment, and implementation
