We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Finance Analyst to support financial planning, modeling, and analysis for large-scale projects.
The successful candidate will evaluate project feasibility, prepare financial models, monitor project performance, and assist in securing financing for infrastructure, energy, construction, or corporate investment projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed financial models for project evaluation and forecasting.
Conduct feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and risk assessments.
Analyze project costs, revenues, cash flows, and profitability metrics.
Support project financing activities, including debt and equity structuring.
Prepare investment memoranda, financial reports, and presentations for management and investors.
Monitor project budgets and financial performance against forecasts.
Assist with due diligence, contract reviews, and financial documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, lenders, legal teams, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and reporting standards.
Identify opportunities to improve project financial performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
Knowledge of project financing structures, valuation techniques, and financial statements.
Experience with infrastructure, energy, real estate, or construction projects is an advantage.
