Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and improve existing customer’s patronage.Deal with field objections/enquiries.
- Provide historical records by maintaining records in area and customer sales.
- Converting potential customers into actual and recovering dormant customers.
- Achieve target on debt collection and raise all supporting documents on debt collected.
- Ensure that all customers’ issues are well handled properly and promptly.
- Regular sales call, communication with contacts and correspondence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holder of a B.Sc. or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing orEngineering with a minimum of 4-7 years post NYSC relevant experience.
- Possession of master’s in business administration, marketing or engineering with a track record of good Sales, business development and customer service is an added advantage.
- 28-35 years and ready to work in any part of Nigeria.
- Must be a Team Player and Target driven.
- Customer Focused and Problem Solver.
- Good verbal communication, writing, presentation and computer skills.
- Ability to drive and possession of a valid Driver’s license.
