The Head of Finance will serve as the strategic financial leader of the organization, responsible for driving financial stewardship, institutional sustainability, treasury management, statutory compliance, and financial governance across the Institute.
This role will provide executive-level leadership in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, liquidity management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, while supporting the Institute’s broader strategic objectives through sound financial decision-making and governance discipline.
The role requires a candidate highly experienced finance executive with strong expertise in institutional finance management, statutory reporting, treasury operations, and financial systems optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the organization’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Ensure full statutory compliance, strengthen internal controls, and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
Provide strategic financial advisory support to executive leadership while leading and developing a high-performing finance team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred, with professional certification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or ANAN).
Minimum of 12–15 years progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior finance leadership roles.
Strong expertise in financial strategy, reporting, treasury management, tax compliance, and financial governance.
Experience within professional institutions or bodies, regulatory environments or not for profit environments, with strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.
