They monitor teaching quality, evaluate curriculum implementation, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement through audits, feedback, and data analysis to boost school performance.
Core Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct regular, systematic reviews of teaching techniques, classroom performance, and administrative procedures.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure the institution complies with national regulatory bodies, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze performance data, preparing comprehensive reports for management on school quality and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Develop action plans based on findings to support staff development and improve student outcomes.
Support & Training: Support instructors in implementing effective teaching strategies and disseminate best practices.
Job Requirements
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in teaching, school management, or academic quality assurance is usually required (ranging from 3 to 18 years depending on the seniority).
Skills: Strong proficiency in data analytics, evaluation, and reporting; deep understanding of quality assurance frameworks; and strong interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders.
