Job Summary




  • As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, functionality, and overall management of facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment that supports high-quality service delivery.



Responsibilities




  • Manage day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and service coordination

  • Supervise vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality facility services

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all facilities

  • Monitor utilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and facility improvement plans.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related fields

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management

  • Professional certification such as IFMA, NEBOSH, or related is an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, health & safety standards, and vendor management

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
