Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the Executive calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and discretion
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and communications professionally
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, memos, and briefing materials ahead of executive engagements
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, management retreats, and high-level executive functions, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables assigned by the Executive across departments
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and integrity
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the Executive to facilitate smooth communication and coordination
- Manage travel logistics including flight bookings, hotel reservations, airport transfers, and travel documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Social Sciences, or any related discipline
- Professional certification is an advantage: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), or relevant equivalent
- 3–6 years of experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
