JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, and result-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, online customer engagement, sales strategy execution, and event coordination.
- This role requires someone who can manage online store operations, drive revenue growth, coordinate digital campaigns, organize promotional activities and events, optimize customer experience, and ensure smooth execution across all e-commerce platforms and channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the company’s e-commerce operations across all online platforms
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and brand visibility
- Coordinate and manage promotional events, activations, tournaments, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to drive brand awareness and sales
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams
- Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and online campaigns
- Coordinate social media, website, and marketplace activities to ensure consistent brand presence
- Track sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign analytics to improve business performance
- Work closely with the graphics, content, marketing, and operations teams to execute engaging campaigns and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Supervise inventory coordination and ensure product availability across online platforms
- Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and audience engagement
- Support event coverage through digital campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and event outcomes
- Ensure smoothday-to-day running of all online sales and digital commerce activities while maintaining operational efficiency
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital sales, marketing, or related roles
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies, customer engagement, and digital marketing
- Experience in planning and coordinating promotional events, activations, or brand campaigns
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media management, and online marketplace operations
- Knowledge of tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or related platforms is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet targets within deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in driving measurable online sales growth and customer engagement would be an added advantage
