- As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products.
- You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Design and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging written, graphic, and video content for our digital channels.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads).
- Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns and nurture leads through automated workflows.
- Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, website traffic, and ROI, providing regular reports to management.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize budgets for Facebook/Instagram Ads and other PPC channels to ensure a low Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and competitor activities to keep our brand ahead.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush or Ahrefs).
- Design Skills: Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark to create quick visual assets.
- Writing: Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at data and translate it into actionable marketing insights.
- Certifications: Google Ads or HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
