  • We are looking to hire a Front Desk Executive who will provide administrative and customer support to the organization by ensuring efficient reception operations, visitor management, communication handling, and coordination of front office activities.

  • The role is critical to enhancing workplace efficiency, maintaining a professional corporate image, and supporting the achievement of the company’s strategic goals and objectives.



Job Description




  • Ensure that janitorial cleaning is carried out on the entire premises to the standards agreed with the contractor and maintain a schedule.

  • Identify business prospects for the company through daily review of newspapers, emails, phone calls, and channel enquiries and make requests to the right department and follow up to ensure prompt response to enquiries and requests.

  • Monitor all movement within the front office area.

  • Prompt and courteous attendance to visitors within the premises.

  • Generate weekly reports.

  • Receipt and registration of all mails and send the same in a timely and efficient manner to the appropriate departments.

  • Ensure outgoing and incoming calls are registered in the outgoing and incoming call books.

  • Timely escalation of issues that cannot be resolved to the line manager.

  • Ensure monthly cleaning of areas, paying attention to critical areas.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Line Manager, from time to time, in the course of work and in furtherance of the Company’s strategic objectives.



Academic Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND (Minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit) in any Science course.



Working Experience:




  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in:

    • A laboratory environment (Analyst or Laboratory Technologist), or

    • Administrative environment.





Skills:




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications

  • Strong report writing and documentation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Willingness and ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
