  • We are seeking a qualified and certified Psychometrician to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting end-to-end candidate assessments, administering psychometric evaluations, interpreting assessment results and preparing comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • The successful candidate must have experience working with both corporate clients and candidates within a professional setting and possess strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.



Key Responsibilities




  • Conduct end-to-end psychometric and behavioural assessments for candidates

  • Administer aptitude, personality, cognitive, and behavioural assessment tools

  • Interpret assessment results and prepare detailed assessment reports

  • Present and explain assessment findings to clients and stakeholders professionally

  • Recommend suitable candidates based on assessment outcomes

  • Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of assessment records

  • Work closely with recruitment and HR teams on talent evaluation processes

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring decisions

  • Stay updated on industry trends, psychometric tools, and assessment methodologies.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related fields

  • Professional certification in Psychometrics or related assessment discipline is mandatory

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a corporate or consulting environment

  • Proven experience conducting candidate assessments and preparing assessment reports

  • Strong knowledge of psychometric tools, assessment platforms and evaluation methodologies

  • Experience working directly with clients and candidates in a professional setting

  • Excellent analytical, report writing and presentation skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Must reside within commutable distance to Lekki, Lagos.
