Job Description

Own the BNPL growth plan; deliver against monthly active customer, transaction-volume, and repeat-purchase targets agreed with the Head of Growth.

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and influencer channels.

  • Own the creative brief, asset production cadence, and message-market fit testing for the BNPL audience.

  • Partner with the Head of Operations and the merchant team to convert merchant partnerships into co-marketed acquisition campaigns.

  • Own the BNPL lifecycle programme (email, in-app, SMS) across new-customer onboarding, first-payment-due, and repeat-purchase nudges.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Master's degree is welcome but not required.

  • Professional certifications in digital and growth marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, Reforge) are highly desirable.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 6–8 years of growth or digital marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years owning a meaningful growth P&L or vertical.

  • Demonstrable track record scaling a consumer credit, BNPL, e-commerce, or marketplace product in Nigeria or a comparable African market.

  • Hands-on experience running paid media at scale across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic, with documented CAC/ROAS outcomes.

  • Strong analytics fluency — able to build and interpret cohort, funnel, and unit-economics dashboards.

  • Comfort with merchant-side partnership work; appreciates how a two-sided platform really grows.

  • Personal alignment with a values-led financial business.
