- Participate in a structured rotational programme aligned with key business functions including sales, supply chain, customer experience, retail operations, and business development.
- Complete rotations within front-line sales operations, warehouse and distribution teams, and an additional departmental assignment based on organizational needs and performance.
- Gain hands-on experience in consumer electronics product management, inventory coordination, after-sales support, and channel operations.
- Work across multiple business locations including retail outlets, service centres, warehouses, and regional offices while taking on increasing responsibilities and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, procurement, finance, logistics, and technical support to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
- Support initiatives focused on improving customer experience, optimizing business processes, increasing product availability, and enhancing sales performance.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver tasks with professionalism, innovation, accuracy, and measurable business impact while developing future leadership capabilities.
Relevant Experience & Qualification Requirements
- Minimum of a MSC in Operations Support or MBA from a recognized university.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in operations, customer service, sales support, administration, or business development within the consumer electronics, retail, or related industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn.
- Not older than 33 years of age.
