Job Brief

• We are looking for an experienced supervisor in retail business to join our team

Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with Store plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates


• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks


• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching


• Receive complaints and resolve problems

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field


• 2 - 3 years working experience as a supervisor; experience in a retail business is an added advantage


• Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
