Job Description
As a Media Buyer, you will work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to develop high-converting campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, reach, engagement, and ROI
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies effectively
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports
- Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives
- Stay updated on advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices
- Recommend strategies to scale successful campaigns profitably
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in media buying or paid advertising
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance
- Strong understanding of customer targeting and funnel strategy
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations
- Basic understanding of copywriting and landing page optimization
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
