• Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
  
  

• Producing high-quality video content for social media, advertising, and brand storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook


• Creating image and graphic assets, single posts, carousels, motion graphics, and short-form animations to support the content calendar


• Using AI production tools to enhance, generate, and elevate raw footage and images, multiplying output quality while preserving authenticity


• Transforming CornerStone's accumulated clinical and product footage into compelling, brand-aligned media


• ‎Working from briefs provided by the Brand & Social Media Manager and delivering on schedule to brand standards


• Capturing original photography and video during on-site shoots in Benin City


• Maintaining visual consistency -  colour, pacing, composition, and tone across every piece of content


• Editing video content with professional standards in pacing, sound design, colour grading, and captioning


• Managing video and image content libraries, including raw footage, edited assets, and finished pieces, in a clear and retrievable structure


• Staying current with new AI tools, platform updates, and visual trends - testing and adopting what improves output


• Participating in occasional on-site shoots and events in Benin City (transport and accommodation covered)

Requirements:

• ‎Minimum of 3 years of focused video production, motion design, or visual content production experience with a strong portfolio


• ‎Demonstrated proficiency with AI production tools - you must name them and show the work. Examples include Runway, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Premiere Pro AI features, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Midjourney, Sora, Pika, or equivalents


• ‎Fluency with at least two AI tools across different stages of production (e.g., generative video, voice cloning, image generation, automated subtitling, AI-assisted editing)


• ‎Strong visual instinct: composition, pacing, colour, typography, and tone


• ‎Proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, or equivalent)


• ‎Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva Pro)


• ‎Ability to work from a brief and produce content independently without daily oversight


• ‎Comfort working with clinical and human-interest subject matter, treated with care and dignity


• ‎Disciplined and self-managed in a remote working environment


• ‎Available for periodic on-site presence in Benin City

‎Nice to Have:

• ‎Experience producing content for healthcare, medical devices, healthtech, NGO, or other purpose-driven sectors


• ‎Sound design and music selection skills


• ‎Familiarity with vertical-first content production for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts


• ‎Experience producing content from limited or imperfect source material


• ‎Basic photography skills for original capture during on-site shoots

‎IMPORTANT:

• ‎Selection will be based on proven capability, not just stated experience. A showreel is required.


• ‎Priority will be given to candidates who can demonstrate:


• ‎A showreel that includes examples of AI-enhanced video or image work 


• ‎Visually distinctive output that looks professionally competitive, not amateur


• ‎Evidence of work you personally produced.


• ‎A clear track record of working with limited source material and producing premium output anyway


• ‎Strong written communication in the application itself
