Job Overview
- We are looking for exceptional, forward-thinking teachers to join our dynamic team for the 2026/2027 academic session. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive, active learning environment, delivering our blended curriculum, and shaping the foundational success of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
- Develop schemes of work and assessments that are in accordance with established school procedures.
- Instruct and monitor pupils, actively using relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction.
- Manage classroom behavior by establishing clear objectives and enforcing school rules and disciplinary systems.
- Observe, evaluate, and provide appropriate feedback on pupil performance, encouraging individual progress.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of pupils' progress, updating them as required by school policies and regulations.
- Prepare the classroom for learning activities and provide a variety of educational resources.
- Communicate regularly with pupils, colleagues, and parents regarding pupil progress and needs.
- Participate actively in department, school, inter-location, and parent meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: N.C.E. / B.ED / P.G.D.E. / or M.ED.
- Experience: 1 to 10 years of teaching experience, preferably within a Nursery or Primary school setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to use technology as an effective tool for teaching and classroom management.
- Diction: Good spoken english
- Location: Proximity to our Agidingbi or New Oko-Oba location in Lagos.
