Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and skilled Cinematographer to join our team in a fast-growing real estate firm.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content for property listings, project sites, corporate events, and marketing campaigns.
- The candidate must have a good eye for detail, storytelling, lighting, and visual composition to create engaging content that promotes the company’s brand and properties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality videos and photographs of properties, project sites, and company activities.
- Plan and execute video shoots for property tours, promotional campaigns, interviews, and events.
- Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Operate and maintain cameras, drones, lighting, and other production equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing and media team to develop creative concepts and content ideas.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Conduct location assessments and prepare shooting setups as required.
- Manage video and photo archives, ensuring proper storage and organization of files.
- Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and cinematography best practices.
- Perform other media-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cinematographer, Videographer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Experience operating professional cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong creative, storytelling, and editing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in real estate media production is an added advantage.
