This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Personal Assistant at The Chartered Institute of Counseling in Nigeria.
The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage schedules and appointments, handle clerical tasks, and ensure that the executive’s workflow is organized and efficient.
This position requires maintaining high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and communication while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively. Proximity to office location is a compulsory criteria, DO NOT APPLY if you live far from lagos island.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Experience with Diary Management and Scheduling
Competent Clerical Skills like document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Counseling or related field is an advantage
Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is beneficial
