Role Description




  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Personal Assistant at The Chartered Institute of Counseling in Nigeria.

  • The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage schedules and appointments, handle clerical tasks, and ensure that the executive’s workflow is organized and efficient.

  • This position requires maintaining high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and communication while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively. Proximity to office location is a compulsory criteria, DO NOT APPLY if you live far from lagos island.



Qualifications




  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Experience with Diary Management and Scheduling

  • Competent Clerical Skills like document preparation, filing, and record-keeping

  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling or related field is an advantage

  • Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is beneficial
