Salary: ₦700,000 – ₦1,000,000/month
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience: 5-7 years in training and development.
- Strategy: Lead Group wide training and align with business objectives.
- Compliance: Manage regulatory training and ensure audit readiness.
- Operations: Oversee LMS reporting, departmental budgets, and team leadership.
- Advisory: Act as a senior advisor to the CEO and COO on workforce skills.
