Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.


• Experience: 5-7 years in training and development.


• Strategy: Lead Group wide training and align with business objectives.


• Compliance: Manage regulatory training and ensure audit readiness.


• Operations: Oversee LMS reporting, departmental budgets, and team leadership.


• Advisory: Act as a senior advisor to the CEO and COO on workforce skills.
