  • The Direct Sales Agent will drive retail customer acquisition, account opening, and product uptake through direct field engagement.

Key Responsibilities




  • Prospect, engage, and convert new customers within assigned territories.

  • Promote banking products and services including savings, current accounts, and loan offerings.

  • Handle customer onboarding while ensuring full KYC compliance and documentation accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate sales records using approved reporting tools.

  • Build and sustain customer relationships for retention and referrals.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.



Requirements




  • HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.

  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or related sectors.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of local market dynamics is an added advantage.
