Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, retain, and manage at least 4 competent unit managers.


• Recruit, train, retain, and manage at least 20 sales executives.


• Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility to ensure the agency achieves its set targets.


• Ensure the monthly target for the team is met and exceeded.


• Make excellent sales monthly.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND qualification


• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Real Estate or Insurance sector


• Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate or Insurance Sector


• Interpersonal Skills.
