Job Description
A reputable and fast-growing real estate development company is seeking qualified and result-driven Land Marketing Agents / Realtors to promote and sell residential and commercial land within the South Eastern region of Nigeria. The role offers attractive commission earnings and flexible work structure for high-performing sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell the company’s estate plots and landed properties across designated territories in South Eastern Nigeria.
- Identify, prospect, and close deals with individual buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline through field marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct site inspections, presentations, and property demonstrations for prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring compliance with company pricing and sales policies.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support to encourage referrals.
- Promote the company’s estates through digital platforms, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns.
- Submit periodic sales reports, leads updates, and market intelligence to Management.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or other relevant discipline.
- 3 years and above proven experience in Real estate marketing, land sales, or property brokerage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of property markets within South Eastern Nigeria.
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Must possess strong networking and client relationship management skills.
