Job Description
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience in travel sales, customer relationship management, travel consultation, and conversion of inquiries into successful bookings. You will be responsible for promoting and selling travel products and services including flights, hotels, visas, tours, holiday packages, corporate travel, sports travel, and other travel solutions.
- We are looking for someone who understands the travel industry, communicates professionally, and can close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to travel inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and sales
- Sell travel packages, flight tickets, hotel reservations, tours, and related services
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals
- Advise clients on visa requirements, travel regulations, and destination information
- Follow up on pending payments and booking confirmations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Promote company products and special offers across various channels
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
RequirementsQualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Travel & Tourism
- Or related field
Experience
- Minimum of 1–3 years experience in:
- Travel agency sales
- Airline sales
- Tourism sales
- Corporate travel sales
Experience selling international travel packages is an added advantage.
