About the job



The Africa Mobility Lead provides expertise and manages the strategy and operations of the Africa Mobility Program ensuring an efficient high-quality service is delivered and managing the full international assignment lifecycle for strategic and globally strategic moves and serve as the interface between Business Units and the PPC Centers of Excellence. This portfolio includes overseeing Mobility across One Africa as well as Global Mobility Opportunities outside of Africa.



Requirements




  • Knowledge of human resources processes, policies and procedures.

  • Working knowledge of relevant labour and tax legislation/procedures.

  • Strong understanding of mobility policies, best practices, and industry trends.

  • Strong understanding of One Africa talent strategy.

  • Strong understanding of One Africa country environments and business needs.

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • Good communication and exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.

  • Knowledge of change management processes.

  • Knowledge of talent and skills attraction and retention.

  • A holistic understanding of firm-wide resourcing requirements to allow for cross-BU resourcing and efficiencies in advertising opportunities abroad.

  • Procurement processes.

  • Knowledge of HR systems

  • Ability to develop mobility strategies aligned with broader talent acquisition and retention strategies.



Experience




  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in talent acquisition and retention and/or Global Opportunities experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working at a management level.
