Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills with a professional portfolio demonstrating brand work, campaign visuals, and social media content.


• 4 years of experience in brand design, creative content production, or a closely related role


• Hands-on experience producing video content, scripting, editing, and platform-native formatting.


• Proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).


• Deep understanding of visual brand identity: typography, color theory, layout, and design systems.


• Creative eye and aesthetic sensibility — you can tell the difference between good and great, and you know how to close that gap.


• Experience using AI creative tools in a professional workflow.
