Role Description




  • Work with the team to ensure the company's processess run smoothly and efficiently daily.

  • The role involves Complaints Resolution & Payment Processing while working with a team in the company..

  • The role involves resolving of complaints escalated by customer service department.

  • Handling of payments including processing, refunds etc.



Requirements




  • B.Sc in any field.

  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a structured firm orcompany.

  • Very fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Age: Not above 28 years.

  • Understanding of basic financial practices.

  • Must be very computer literate and tech-savvy

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, complex environment and to adapt to change.
