Key Responsibilities




  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.

  • Conduct inspections of items for defects and report any issues accordingly.

  • Maintain detailed and organised records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring clients and internal teams receive timely updates.

  • Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Prepare all required shipping documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in any relevant field.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or logistics operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer proficiency.
